Operating conditions

Forklift handling only

Not compatible with manual, hydraulic or electric pallet jacks. Because of their double-faced build, the bottom deck does not leave the clearance a pallet jack’s load wheels need to drop to the floor. If your operation relies on pallet jacks, the right choice is the perimeter-base or runner version of the TA-200 family.

Not a higher-capacity version

Load ratings are identical to the rest of the TA-200 family. What they add is continuous support on both faces; the only operational cost is the extra weight.

Rack capacity by system type

1,000 kg in selective racking and 900 kg in drive-in racking, with a uniformly distributed load. For push-back or flow systems, validate the configuration with our technical team.

Four models

Metric 1,000 × 1,200 mm format: TA-202 perforated (28.30 kg) and TA-222 reinforced (28.83 kg).
1,016 × 1,219 mm (40" × 48") format: TA-205 perforated (28.75 kg) and TA-225 reinforced (28.90 kg).

All twelve models share the same capacities: the choice is not about capacity but about format, bottom structure and handling equipment. Reinforced versions do not carry a higher rated capacity than the perforated ones. Values for uniformly distributed loads on a new pallet.

No. Because of their double-faced build, the bottom deck prevents the load wheels of a pallet jack (manual, hydraulic or electric) from dropping to the floor. They are handled by forklift only.
