The same capacity in motion and in block stacks as the reinforced version, with 4.5 kg less tare weight. Closed deck on the TA-24 and perforated deck on the TA-25, the lightest in the entire platform.

Operating conditions

Not suitable for racking

Because they do not include the reinforcing steel tubes (PTR), the TA-24 and TA-25 are not suitable for rack storage in any configuration: selective, drive-in, push-back or flow. If your operation uses racking, the right choice is the TA-20 Reinforced family.

Two deck finishes

TA-24, closed deck (22 kg): continuous surface that keeps liquids from running through the pallet and makes cleaning easier.
TA-25, perforated deck (21.3 kg): the lightest in the entire platform, for operations that require drainage or ventilation.

Load type

Uniformly distributed loads: corrugated cases, drums, plastic pails, jugs and kegs properly arranged on the deck.

Material

HDPE with recycled content. Available in 100% virgin material for applications that require a food-contact-grade formulation, subject to the resin specification, conditions of use and the corresponding compliance documentation.

Features

No steel reinforcement

Unlike the reinforced versions of the TA-20 family, they do not include structural steel tubes: less weight and not suitable for racking.

Equivalent capacity in motion and stacking

Up to 1,700 kg dynamic and 15,000 kg static, the same ratings as the reinforced version.

The lightest in the platform

22 kg for the TA-24 and 21.3 kg for the TA-25, versus 25.8 to 26.55 kg for the reinforced versions.

4.5 kg less tare weight while keeping the same dynamic (1,700 kg) and static (15,000 kg) capacity. In operations with high pallet volumes, that difference adds up in handling and transport.

If your product may drip or leak, or if your packaging is thin and could snag in the slots, the closed-deck TA-24. If your operation requires drainage or ventilation, the perforated TA-25, which is also the lightest.
